Parallel universe
In Yosemite, if I move a window across the screen too abruptly, it disappears into a kind of parallel universe, from which it reappears if I later re-open another window which was open at the same time. If the parallel universe is operating, there is a blue band along the bottom of the screen. It's bit annoying because sometimes I need to have the same window (eg my mailbox) open in both universes. I try to remember to move windows very very slowly so it won't happen, but has anyone else got this problem/got a fix for it?
if you push F3 at the top of the screen do you see two or more desktops with the windows you are looking for in them?
