Movie "content not authorized "

i watched part of a movie I rented but now when I returned to finish watching it, it won't play. It says "content not authorized."  The rental period is still valid & I updated latest software. I cannot find any place in the iTunes Store to ask for a refund.

I could not find any results online and I did not want to go threw the hassle of calling Apple for a refund so I just tried un-downloading the movie which can be done by pressing the icon with three dots in a circle next to the play button than hit remove from downloads. Your content should play after that, it may take a few seconds for your content to play. I also completely exited out of the Tv App & iTunes Store. I re-opened up the Tv App just to see if the content would play again and it did. 

This was done on an iPhone 7, iOS 10.3.3
