Does anyone know who this is?

is it a real apple company/product?  It keeps popping up in my browser warning me my iMac has 3 viruses (which its doesn't). since it started doing that my iMac regularly stalls with that spinning wheel

No, it's a scam.

Force Quit Safari ( command + option + esc keys).Then restart Safari holding the Shift key. If you still have problems Empty Caches (Safari menu > Preferences > Privacy > Remove all website data. (This will also remove history if you do not want to remove History open Safari Preferences > Advanced and check mark “Show Develop Menu” then choose “Empty Caches” from Develop Menu ) If the problem persists download and run MalwareBytes. Malwarebytes was developed by one of our own colleagues here in ASC. It gets rave reviews and is about the most proven anti-malware software for Mac.

There is nothing in this universe that can scan you computer from the web.

You may have installed Adware inadvertently when you installed some other product, or it could just be a javascript exploit on the sites you are visiting.

To identify the source of a URL, look at the name between the two dots ( . ) before the final part (com, net, org, etc).

That is the true identity which you can look up the registration.

Yours shows the domain as com-web-security-safety-analysis and has a fake top-level domain of science. That's about as flakey as it gets.

Also note that the words that show up on a web page may not be the actual address of the URL. If you click, hold, and drag the URL in Safari, it will show you the true URL.
