iCloud : Stuck photo upload

Hi,

Running Windows 10 and the latest version of iCloud (6.0)

My photos seem to be stuck, it's been uploading 534 photos for about the last three days?

Anybody got any idea what to try?

Have you tried pausing it under your iCloud settings?

How do I do this?
