False invoice

I got an invoice today totalling to 200 dollars!?!? It was an invoice to some angry birds app and there were two mega packs worth 99.99 each!?!? How can I cancel this? The strange thing is how the email was displayed as a PDF. But it was not from my iPhone it says it was bought on Ali's iPhone? How can I fix this??
