"Apple Watch Series 3 (GPS + Cellular) requires an iPhone 6 or later with iOS 11 or later." I have an iPhone 5s currently. I have ordered an Apple Watch 3 with gps and cellular. What won't work, what will?

You will not be able to pair, set up or use the Apple Watch with an iPhone 5s.

Apple support is now telling me that the Apple Watch 3's cellular feature will not work with the 5s but that most things will work, once the phone is updated to iOS 11.
