This Apple ID has been locked for security...

I want to recovery my Apple ID. My room guest wrong password 2 time then automatically lock my apple ID. I remember my apple id and password but forget security question. When I created apple id direct to mobile phone no e-mail creates so don’t recovery by e-mail.
