When I boot up, the progress bar gets to about 1/2 way and then the screen goes black. I've found that if I attach an external monitor to it, the screen comes on, and then I can disconnect the external and the laptop screen stays on. I can put the computer to sleep and it wakes up fine - it's only when it's booting macOS, I can boot into my Windows partition with no problems! Outside of carrying an external monitor around with me when I think I'll need to reboot, does anyone have any suggestions? I've tried resetting NVRAM, PRAM, and SMC.
