itune upload CDs sound volume (sound check feat...

Ever since some time in 2016, I have noticed, when u upload A CD into ITunes, after u sync with ur phone and play the music, if the first song isn’t a real song, more like an interlude sort of melody, the entire album’s volume will be auto/tuned to very loud. I mean.. really loud that ur headphone might explode. Take Janet Jackson’s album for example, this album has many plain melodies rather than singing in between real songs. And if the sound check button is on, the entire album is really really loud then it should be..  Can ur technic team get it fixed please ?
