iTunes won't let purchase the rest of an album ...

Make sure that you are using the same account that you used for the original purchase.  Also make sure that the album is exactly the one where you purchased those original tracks.  For example if you purchased the song as a single and that song later becomes part of an album, it will not be eligible for "Complete My Album."

If you are certain the album should be eligible but the Store is not showing it, contact iTunes Customer Service:
