I purchased my Mac mini in 2011 the memory is now full I need to either increase the memory or buy a new Mac Mini I'm looking for advice

What do you mean the "memory" is full? Are you talking about RAM, or hard disk space.

If you are referring to hard disk space, all you need to do is remove some of your larger data files by copying to an external drive and then deleting them from your internal.
