Disk not ejected properly

That warning comes from your external hard drives that have become improperly disconnected for one reason or another.

The reasons can include:

Excessive power draw from another USB device.

A bad USB cable on one of the USB devices.

Accidental unplugging the drives.

A loose USB connection.

A bad USB cable.

A bad enclosure.

A failing drive.

I would disconnect all USB devices, restart the Mac and then test each of your USB devices and drives one at a time.
