mbp retina mid 2012 hdmi output doesnt work aft...

Hi,

Since i'm using MacOs Sierra on my MacBookPro retina i have several problems.

When i restart my laptop i have blackscreen. To fix this i have to leave the laptop on and close it for several minutes and when i open it again it will be on.
But this is not my major issue. I'm using an external monitor with the hdmi connection but since i have updated to Sierra it doesnt recognize my tv (its a philips smart tv) before the update everything worked fine.

I tried already several work arounds.
I could manage to see 10 seconds of image on my external monitor but it was gone so fast.
Its very frustrating me because i can't restore to El capitan neither while it was working perfectly from then.

What i have tried :

-Connect the HDMI cable

-In the monitor preferences i Press on alt to see the button Detect Monitors but nothing happens when i click on it

Second try :

- HDMI still connected

-Rebooting my mac

-Result i had black screen on my mac

Third try :

- Reinstall Sierra

- Result difficulties to have my screen back.

Fourth Try :

- Some tutorial on youtube explained it had the same issue and he had to reboot his mac while it was connected and once the MBP was shutting of to reboot he had to close his MBP.
-When i tried this i had image on the external monitor for about 10 seconds and then it dissapeared.

I Hope someone can give me a solution because i really need my external monitor for my work to be done
I see a lot of people have problems with sierra.
I want to downgrade to El Capitan but this is not possible anymore as i dont have any backup .
