Tried restarting both watch and phone.

If you have not yet done so, it may help to place your Apple Watch on the charger, connected to power, whilst it is connected via Bluetooth your iPhone and to allow time for your synced music to be updated on your Apple Watch.

Already did that overnight and no change.
