help to erase the verification lock iphone 6s

I bought before here Saudi Arabia iphone 6s and gave as gift to my son. As he was using it it was accidentally fall down and got lcd and screen broken and so i went to repair shop and have it replaced the lcd and screen. But same unit after repaired showing verification lock user and password requirement. But unluckily my son unintentionally forgotten the user name and password.

I called apple support required me to submit the original invoice which i submitted after all the instructions given to me my apple support staff. And he informed me to wait in my email the reply from apple support about the instruction but until now no email received.

I need to use this unit which i legally purchased here at Saudi Arabia. It was long time idle and not in use due to the verification lock NOT erased.

Need your help.
