I can not scroll down to get notifications.

When I try to scroll down to view notifications, it will not work.  Scrolling sometimes gets stuck and I have to keep trying to get it to work.  Also, sometimes when I type, it skips letters.

Please identify your iOS version.

The notifications should appear when you swipe down from outside the top of the screen.

Are you running some intensive app in the background?

Please try posting a separate question for your keyboard problem. Are you using the Apple on-screen keyboard, the Apple Smart keyboard, or some other keyboard?
