activity app

I received a new iphone from work and changed from 6+ to 7. Had to reset my Apple Watch but now I lost my activity app history. Is there a way to get this back? Thanks!!

To retain historic Health and Activity data when switching your Apple Watch to a new iPhone, be sure to restore your new iPhone from an encrypted backup of your old one:

iCloud backups are encrypted as standard. When backing up using iTunes, backups are only encrypted if the option to "Encrypt iPhone backup" has been selected:
