Special prblem with Apple ID

Hello,

Part of purchasing apps in iTunes were with the Apple ID with the e-mail address ending with @me.com.

This e0-mail address doesn't exist for me for already years.

Now, when trying to update various software in my iTunes account, some asking me to enter with this email address, see picture no.1 when entering the code for this ID I get the following message See picture 4:

"This Apple ID has been disabled for security reasons. Visit iForget... etc.

I went there and it gives me two choices, see picture 2: Either by e-mail to account which I do not have any more and have no idea how to reconstruct it, or to answer security questions, which to some I can't recall the answers, Too long time since. And I do not see any option to opt to other security questions I gave answers at time.

I am in situation which id dead-end for me.
