Automator: Time zone command for hh:mm instead ...

I have got a shell script in Automator, that returns me the ISO 8601 time:

shell script has content: date "+%Y-%m-%dT%T%z"

returns me: 2017-08-20T12:44:25+0200

But now I want the time zone in hh:mm format instead of hhmm. Is there any command for it?
