Does authorized Apple service has to replace your computer if electronics in your computer were fried even though computer was not connected to the power while that happened?

If you still have valid warranty of course.

It depends what caused it to be "fried". If it happened within normal use and not an uncovered part, if it needs to be replaced it will be replaced with refurbished unit. Or they will repair. You need to read the warranty.
