? What is the exact text of the message that you are getting ? Is it about authorising the iTunes account ?

 

You need to deauthorise a computer (authorising/deauthorising and 'manage devices' are two different things ; iOS devices are not authorised/deauthorised) to be able to use (include syncing) its content.
