Having same issues.  I have a mac mini and multiple ios devices.  All have been able to print over wifi with the Epson WF-3640 at some point.  Not sure when the problem started.  When I first had the issue I contacted Epson.  They had me run diagnostics - all was fine. Then they had me reboot my router and that seemed to work for a while.  But the problem came back.  Multiple reboots, removing/adding printer, etc no longer worked.  So did a bit of surfing and came up with the following solution that worked for me:

1.  Manually set the IP address on the printer to allow printing from the Mac.  Recommend noting ip addresses for all non iOS devices to ensure you don't pick one that is already in use.  The steps I used are as follows (using the keypad on the printer):

-  Tap Setup

- Tap System Administration

- Tap WiFi/Network Setup

- Tap Advanced Setup

- You will see TCP/IP Address listed as automatic - tap and select manual.

- Tap and then change the last three digits of the IP address to something else.

I don't recall if there was a save option after that, or if I just hit the home button on the printer.  Either way, printing from my mac has worked like a charm ever since.

However, I was still unable to see the printer using any ios devices. So...

2. Use Epson Connect Print to print from iOS devices.  Has always worked well - just about a 30 second delay between sending the email and the printer receiving it. 

Not a perfect solution but good enough for me. Hope it helps.
