I want to buy Dell UP3216Q 4K monitor

Does the Dell UP3216Q 4K monitor will work with the MacBook Pro retina 2016 model?
How is your experience and if so what cable would be used?

I'm currently running a Dell P2715Q in UHD (3840*2160@60 Hz) with my MacBook Pro 2016.

All you need is a USB-C to Mini DisplayPort adapter (don't use HDMI < 2.0 adapter since you'll be limited to 30 Hz).
