Trouble installing Sierra 10.12.6.

When prompted to complete install of Sierra 10.12.6 with a restart my screen goes black and I get the spinning color wheel. I have to do a hard restart to get back in.

I know that certain info about my MacBook will be helpful but I'm not sure what all info to include.

Here's the info on my About This Mac box...

Sierra 10.12.5

Macbook Pro (13 inch, Mid 2010)

Processor 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Memory 4 GB 1067 MHz DDR3

Graphics NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB

Try running the combo update. It installs all previous updates plus the new one, which can replace any files that may have become corrupted.
