Home screen missing time/date

New iPad Pro and iPhone 7 on iOS 11 loosing time/date on homescreen. Must restart or hard reset ton restore function.  Anyone else with this problem?

I‘m seeing one ther users reporting the same issue here. For some a Restart helps. For others it’s only a temporary solution. Please report as a bug to Apple.
