Apple Music is suddenly not working because of ...

A couple of months ago I subscribed to an individual yearly membership to Apple Music with my fathers credit card. We live in Oman, and the credit card is therefore Omani. For over 4 months, I could download any song with no problem, but for the past week, anytime I try to download any song, a notification pops up saying "This Apple ID is only valid for use in the Omani Apple Store". It is really frustrating that I can't download any more music even though I have 8 months left of my subscription that I paid 50 dollars for.
