Unknown songs being added

Over the past month, I have noticed that there are songs being added to my account without me doing so. While going through and deleting them I noticed that they were only added and not downloaded, and I always download everything I add. This weekend, I then again noticed that there are songs again on my account that I have not added, and they are songs that I would never listen to in the first place. At first it was funny but now I am afraid someone is hacking into my account, for whatever reason. Any ideas as to what I can do to check to see how it is being done and to try anything to make it stop?
