Where to find the adhesive strips to repair the watch.

I suggest that you contact Apple Support (mail-in service may be available) or make a Genius Bar reservation with a view to having your watch inspected and, if recommended by Apple, serviced (whether under warranty, if eligible, or via chargeable repair service):

Of course Apple advises you to not try to repair your watch yourself, so a $9.00 part will cost you $300.00 to install when your Apple Watch face falls off from the weak adhesive that holds it.

I have an Apple Watch. The lens just popped off for no reason a few days ago also. No abuse. Sapphire lens popped off watch case. Adhesive doesn't hold. I called Apple Support. I made an appointment with Genius Bar. All came back with the same response. We can send it in for repair at a cost of $249.00. I paid $600.00 for it 16 months ago. I would think this would last longer than 16 months. Watch still works. Just can't wear it any longer. I think $240.00 is outrageous to glue a lens back onto the watch case. Looking for alternatives as well.

I'm on my 4th replacement because of  this issue the last time I had to call consumer affairs at apple for a replacement b cause the store refused to repair it without $300 fee. That was about 5-6 months ago and just yesterday the  screen on my replacement started dangling again.
