"From address not one of my addresses"

I have four email addresses defined in Mail on my Mac: 2 iCloud email addresses, 1 Gmail and 1 Outlook. Starting yesterday, I am no longer able to send emails from the two iCloud addresses.  When I try, I get the attached error.

When I look at the SMTP server list, I only see an entry for Outlook.  So I assume the iCloud and Gmail address are handled automatically, but I'm not sure how to problem-solve this.  Suggestions?  Thx
