Dictation security

Hello, I would like to use dictation for El Capitan and I have used it in my iPhone (7plus) and I don't know how Apple manage my security or confidentiality of data stream between my Mac/iPhone and their servers. I can see lot of articles about how it works but no article about security.

EULA article is lacking. Please, can you help me?

C.

Dictation

. The dictation feature of the Apple Software may not be available in all languages or regions

and features may vary by region. To the extent that your Apple-branded computer supports the

dictation feature, that feature may allow you to dictate text to your computer using your voice. When

you use Dictation, the things you say will be recorded and sent to Apple to convert what you say into

text. Your computer will also send Apple other information, such as your first name and nickname; and

the names, nicknames, and relationship with you (e.g., “my dad”) of your address book contacts

(collectively, your “User Data”). All of this data is used to help Dictation better recognize what you say. It

is not linked to other data that Apple may have from your use of other Apple services.

By using

Dictation, you agree and consent to Apple’s and its subsidiaries’ and agents’ transmission,

collection, maintenance, processing, and use of this information, including your voice input

and User Data, to provide and improve Dictation and Siri functionality in Apple products and

services.

You can also turn off Dictation altogether at any time. To do so, go to System Preferences,

click the Speech icon, then under the Dictation tab click “Off”.

What's missing? It tells you what is sent to Apple: what you say, some other personal data, as describe, but this is not linked to other User Data that Apple have already for you.
