Photos on my Mac

I am using Photos v.2.0 and Mac OS Sierra10.12.6.  Some of my photos are showing as clouds on my Mac even though they are present in the Cloud. 

If an image has the cloud icon badge, it means it has not yet downloaded from iCloud Photo Library. Give it time. Leave your Mac powered and connected to Wi-Fi overnight so it can complete the process while inactive.

Thank you for the quick reply!  The same photos have been in that state for at least one day now.  My Mac was on and connected to Wi-Fi overnight, with no change.
