How do I cancel my care.com account?

I am desperately trying to cancel my Care.com account for further charges. I started this process several days ago. At first, they said all they needed is my email address which I provided. Then, I was told it had to be cancelled through my iTunes account which I don't understand. Please advise how I do this! I am really getting frustrated...Thank you! I would appreciate step by step instructions.
