Changing views in iTunes 12.7 on Windows 10

I just upgraded to iTunes 12.7.0.166 and now my view of songs and albums looks like this.

How can I move the lower section down to the bottom half of the screen, so I can see the lists of albums and songs? Grabbing and dragging doesn't seem to work.
