MacbookPro with Dell P2715Q running with maximu...

I've a Macbook Pro (late 2013 with 2,3Ghz i7, 16Go, Nvidia 750M and Iris Pro running on Sierra 10.12.6) and a Dell P2715Q display. When plugged together and however the resolution of each screen, my mac is running with the fans at high speed permanently even without applications running. It is inducing noise, hot spot on my office and I am afraid about durability of my laptop in this configuration. How to solve this problem ?
