Sync problems

I've installed iCloud on my pc. while it shows the iCloud-drive the folder won't sync with icloud. What did I do wrong or what can I do to fix the problem? 

Do you have stuff that you have put into the iCloud Drive folder? And iCloud Drive is selected in the iCloud for Windows settings?

Hi Gail, thank you very much for your reply.

I use iCloud on another PC and my iPhone. In the iCloud-folder in iCloud.com shows data, but it's not syncing to the PC. When looking at My Devices on iCloud.com it only shows my iPhone. The other PC is however syncing without a problem.

Hi Gail, now that we just talked about it - it synced. This is after more than 12hours....
