iCloud sync  does not work with Outlook 2016

I lost my iCal Sync in Outlook 2016 the other day so I did all the normal uncheck and check Mail ... sign out sign in of iCloud all in the iCloud control panel. I uninstalled iCloud control panel and reinstalled. Nothing has added the iCloud feature back to Outlook 2016 no calendar no contracts. Any one else had this issue ? Any fixes suggested ?
