Need help with Apple Watch

Hi! I can't connect my Apple Watch with my iPhone. I was connected with my last iPhone, but it got ruined so I got a new one from my insurance company. And to get a new phone I had to send my broken one to the company. Only minutes before we were sending it I tried unpairing the watch with the iPhone but i did not work, so I just figured my new phone would connect since it is the same iCloud account. I was wrong, and now my watch is useless but I want it and I want it to work. How can I fix this? My iPhone cant find the watch, and the watch cant find my iPhone....
