How do I UN

I am running OS X, latest version, on two MACS. One is my everyday MAC, and the other is just used for accessing music for the house AV system.   I want the two Macs to sync for my music library, but I don't want the "Music Mac" to sync for emails.  I don't want people using the "Music Mac" to see any of the files on my main mac, or be able to access any of my emails.  Whenever I log on in my "Music Mac" it asks for the passwords to me 8 e-mail accounts.  Hitting "cancel" repeatedly is a drag.  Is there another solution to this?
