Changing Stores with Incomplete Passes

Hi

I'm trying to change from US store do Brazil's one but can't do it as I have one incomplete pass (tv show SUITS).

Can someone help me on how to cancel this pass? Couldn't get help neither from Brazil's support team, nor US's,
