Where's my book?

I just purchased a book titled Logically Fallacious via iBooks. It said it was downloading, but I never received it.

I searched for it in my iBooks reader, iTunes and my downloads folder. I used the spyglass icon in the top menu to search my entire laptop. It doesn't exist.

Every time I back to the AppStore, I see "download" next to the book instead of a price, indicating that I purchased it. But every time I click "Download," it says it's being downloaded, then it prompts me for my Apple ID again. So I reenter my ID and wait, but nothing happens.

So what's the trick to downloading a book you've purchased?
