A method to track LAN dropping off
Hello everyone.
I work in an office with a wired LAN.
My mac keeps dropping off the network, then reconnecting.
I've tried swapping every external element of the situation, port on the wall, network cables and adapter, but the problem still persists.
Can anyone recommend a way I can log the information about what is going on with the network dropping off from my end?
I've done the basics like pinging the local gateway, and that tells you when it's dropping off, and then reconnecting, but it gives no meaningful information that would help me pinpoint the issue, and then resolve it.
Any helps or tips would be greatly appreciated.
Matt
