mp 5.1/2010, how to cheque firmware version for...

Hi all,

in many many postings there is stated that a lot of mac pro 5.1/2010 require firmware update for an update to high sierra.

Is there any way to cheque the firmware version of my mp 5.1, and if it is the required firmware for high sierra, WITHOUT starting the update procedure?
