anyone had issues after upgrading their ipad to...

My ipad couldn't charge afte it's first battery drain out after installing the iOS 11.

I have tried using various apply wall plugs but Mom seem to be able to charge up the ipad. It keeps restarting the system and auto shut down. The device was left charging the whole night but still no use.

This has never happened before with previous iOS. Anyone can help?
