Unable to activate Ipad2 after new sw release

I've tried everything to activate my ipad2 after the new software release but I'm just going around in circles-- what do I need to do to get this puppy working again?

I've tried a hard reset & Sync with my itunes account through IMAC without success, any suggestions?
