accidentally reset my macbook without backing u...

I accidentally reset my macbook. I also didn't back up my documents and other important stuff. I need help on finding a way to get my files back.

If you erased your drive you probably lost your data files, unless you have a backup. Your iCloud data is probably still in the cloud. Try logging into iCloud from another device and check.

 

Also, if you want to try to retrieve data from the drive, if there is any chance of recovery at all try Prosoft Data Recovery.

There is a free trial to see if it can recover what you need. But don't do another process on that drive until you've downloaded and run it.

Ideally you should use another bootable drive to download and run Data Rescue. Or booted from another Mac in Target Disk Mode.
