iCloud Storage Manager

My iCloud manager pops up every few seconds and I'm not going to purchase more space. How can I disable the annoying pop up?

Settings/Your Name/iCloud/Storage/Manage Storage - how much free iCloud space do you have? You could delete some data if there is no free space.
