Wow! 3 + hours on the phone with apple support and nobody can find a solution. Apple WORST Product ever. Guess this family will be moving elsewhere. First they claim Microsoft issue then they backtrack when they realize I have the right version....Shame on you apple. Hope my daughter is safe without her phone while you "repair" your issues.
