How can I convert two individual iCloud storage...

My wife and I have individual iCloud storage plans -- 200 GB each -- because that's the only way we could do it before. Now that families may share a plan, we'd like to combine these into a single family storage plan since we probably have less that 100 GB between us. What's the best way to do this? I couldn't figure out a way.

Downgrade one of the plans (not the family organizer's): Downgrade your iCloud storage - Apple Support. Then you can share a plan using Family Sharing: Family Sharing - Apple Support.
