I want to end a subscription for more disc space I don't want it but they keep charging me

If by more disk space you mean iCloud Storage, follow the steps here to downgrade to the free 5GB plan.

Hi no it wasn't for the extra normal space for 99 cents it was another one it said one week fee trial and if you don't end it we will take 31 99 € a week but I forgot about it because I don't want it I have tried to stop it but it's made very difficult so. You cannot I don't know what to do it's now coming up to 3 weeks of 3199 euro today it's another week

Not sure what that 31 99 would be for, but try following the steps here and see if you can cancel it:

 

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

 

If you cannot find it following those steps, then you may not be paying for it through your Apple ID, in which case you would need to go to the website of the service you are being charged for and cancel it that way.
