I want to sort images in Photos then export the...

I want to sort images on my iPad then export them in the sorted order and delete them from the iPad. I haven't found a way to do this. Syncing to iCloud doesn't work because they get deleted from iCloud when I delete them from the iPad. Transferring them to a PC doesn't work because the iPad doesn't maintain my sorted arrangement.

The app Photo-Sort works sometimes but it seems to depend on available RAM. The app makes new copies of the images and assigns sequential names to the them. That was perfect but it's buggy and unreliable.
